Our Mission

Our mission is to provide resources and opportunities for equitable ownership and employment in the cannabis industry for African Americans who have been disproportionately impacted by the War on Drugs.

Goal One

Our biggest tackle is creating a sustainable network of Social Equity businesses that allow all involved to be vertically integrated within the cannabis industry. From seed to sale, we want to make sure it’s equitable.

Goal Two

Plain and simple - Community Reinvestment.

At the end of the day, this is the importance of cannabis businesses β€” being able to provide funds for community projects and initiatives that are needed most.

Goal Three

Partnering with like-minded industry leaders who are willing to participate and share their knowledge to help coach and mentor our upcoming industry professionals.

Our Vision

Our vision is prosperity for all.

We believe that with community reinvestment in the form of cannabis businesses we can help bridge the socio-economic gap throughout our communities and offer more resources for growth and success.

Our community-based programming is designed for new or first-time business owners to help them learn the ins and outs of operating a licensed and compliant cannabis business in Los Angeles.

Workshops that we offer include location scouting, compliance, regulations, financial literacy, community advocacy, investor preparedness, corporate structuring, entrepreneurial growth, and so much more.

We also offer information about safe and responsible cannabis use and consumption.
